摘要
采用灵敏度分析方法以质量轻为优化目标,扭转刚度和频率为约束条件,使车门相对原始设计质量减轻3.4%,扭转刚度提高10.2%,一阶频率提高1.6%。通过不同优化方案的比较证明,基于灵敏度分析的优化设计可为选择合理的设计变量提供依据,提高优化效率。
With the sensitivity analysis method, and taking the light mass as objective of optimization, torsion stiffness and frequency as constraint, mass of the door is reduced by 3.4%, torsion stiffness is increased by 10.2% and the fundamental frequency is increased by 1.6%, compared with the original design after optimization. By comparing different optimization designs, it is proved that the optimization design based on sensitivity analysis can provide foundation to choose proper design variables and improve optimization efficiency.
