摘要
本文从情商的涵义,高职学生情商现状和成因等多方面分析了情商教育对高职学生的重要性。并从合理控制情绪和改善人际关系两方面提出了对策。
The paper makes an analysis of the importance of emotional intelligence for vocational college students in such aspects as the connotation of EQ,the current status of the students and its relative factors.In addition,countermeasures are proposed on both the reasonable control of emotions and the improvement of interpersonal relationship.
