摘要 虽然班级规模是近年来的教育研究热点之一,但是班级规模与教育均衡化的深层关系却长期被学界忽视。教育中的均衡具有两层含义:均等和系统内要素的平衡。小班化教育一方面能够为教育均等化创造条件,另一方面又可为学生知识系统的跃迁提供基础。因此,小班教育中潜藏着丰富的教育均衡契机。 It is the one of the research focus analyzing the class-scale in recent years ,but the inherent relationship between the class-scale and the educational balance is neglected by the researcher in a long period of time.The meaning of the educational balance is composed of the equalization and the system element's balance. The small-class teaching has two kinds of the influence to the educational balance. Firstly ,the small- class teaching creates the condition for the education equalization.Secondly, the small-class teaching provides the foundation for the transition of the student's knowledge system.So the small-class has a mount of opportunity to educational balance.
