摘要
铝合金微弧氧化技术的高能耗问题大大制约了其应用和发展。综述了微弧氧化技术能耗方面的3类影响因素(电解液和添加剂、电源特性、氧化系统电极结构)的研究现状,重点总结了微弧氧化系统电极结构对能耗的影响,指出降低能耗可使微弧氧化技术得到更广泛的应用。
The current status of research on the energy consumption for micro-arc oxidation of Al alloy was reviewed in relation to electrolyte,additive,feature of power source and electrode structure of oxidation systems.The effect of the electrode structure of micro-arc oxidation system on the energy consumption of Al alloy micro-arc oxidation was highlighted.It was pointed out that it was imperative to reduce the energy consumption for Al alloy micro-arc oxidation so as to promote its application in a broadened scope.
