摘要
通过问卷调查的方式,从信息需求情况、信息获取情况、信息需求面临的困难及对高校图书馆服务内容和合作方式等方面对地方民营企业的情报需求进行调查和分析,在此基础上阐述了高校图书馆发挥智库功能为本地企业提供信息服务的可行性和必然性,提出依据不同企业信息需求特点,构建"三位一体"的民营企业信息智库服务平台的设想,论述了通过组建信息服务小组、创建特色数据库、收集特种文献资源、提供竞争情报服务、构建协同创新模式来实现高校图书馆的社会化服务。
The information demand of local non-state-owned enterprises has been investigated and analyzed from the angles of circumstances of information demand and acquisition,the difficulty confronted by information demand and the content of service and cooperative ways of university libraries.On that basis this article illustrates the feasibility and inevitability of university libraries affording information service to local enterprises by think tank.The assumption of building the service platform of local enterprises information think tank underpinned by trinity has been put forward.This article discusses how to realize social services of university libraries by establishing information service panel and characteristic database,gathering special literature,providing competitive intelligence services and building collaborative innovation model.
