摘要
高校图书馆为地方企业、社团、协会和利益群体提供信息服务是应该履行的核心服务之一,为企业搭建情报服务平台是这一核心任务的真正实现。面对企业迫切的情报服务需求,图书馆需要更好地利用优势,发掘情报服务的能力,满足情报服务的需求,填补情报服务市场缺口。本文在分析图书馆提供情报服务的优势和企业对于情报需求的迫切性基础上,提出构建基于图书馆的企业情报服务平台以及情报服务平台的架构及其系统功能。这是对图书馆情报服务能力的开发,也是企业情报需求催生出的图书馆情报服务新模式。
Providing information services for local enterprises,mass organizations,associations and interest groups is one of the core services the university libraries should offer.Building the intelligence service platform for enterprises is the true fulfillment of this core task.Facing the urgent intelligence service need of enterprises,the libraries should make better use of advantages,explore intelligence service capabilities,meet intelligence service demand,and fill the gap in intelligence service market.Based on the analysis of the advantages of libraries in providing intelligence service and the urgent need of enterprises for intelligence,this article proposes to construct the enterprise intelligence service platform based on university library and points out the framework of the intelligence service platform and its system function.This is for the development of library intelligence service capability,and also a new model of library intelligence service to meet the enterprise intelligence demand.
