摘要
目的 :探讨静注生脉注射液对麻醉犬血压的影响。方法 :10只健康杂种犬麻醉后 ,静注生脉注射液5～ 5 0 ml。于用药前和用药后连续监测主动脉内收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、呼吸频率和心率等变化。结果 :生脉注射液静注后 5分钟内血压开始下降 ,2 0分钟时主动脉平均动脉压降至 (9.5± 2 .2 ) k Pa(1k Pa=7.5 mm Hg) ,与用药前〔(14.9± 7.0 ) k Pa〕相比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;但此时呼吸频率、血压与用药前相比无明显变化 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。且不同剂量的生脉注射液产生的降压幅度存在差异 ,似显示生脉注射液存在一定的量效关系。结论 :生脉注射液静注对麻醉犬正常血压有明显的降压作用 ,而对心率无明显影响。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shengmai injection(生脉注射液) in blood pressure on anesthesia dogs by intravenous injection.Methods:Ten healthy anesthesia dogs were taken intravenously Shengmai injection (550 ml),and aortic blood pressure,heart and respiration rate were continuously monitored.Results:Aortic blood pressure started to decline in 5 minutes after injection.The mean blood pressure was (9 5±2 2)kPa(1 kPa=7 5 mmHg) in 20 minutes and it was significantly lower than that of the base level ( P <0 05).But the heart and respiration rate had no significant change (all P >0 05).The degree of blood pressure changes was relative with the doses of Shengmai injection.Perhaps the doseeffect relationship maybe present.Conclusions:Shengmai injection could lower the blood pressure on healthy anesthesia dogs by intravenous injection,and no effect on the heart rate.
