摘要
马氏体不锈钢3Cr13和3Cr13Mo在成分上基本一致,3Cr13M0在3cr13马氏体不锈钢的基础上加了0.5%~1%的钼,本文通过失重腐蚀试验,对比了两种马氏体不锈钢板材在6%的氯化铁中的腐蚀形貌和腐蚀速率。结果显示:加入钼提高了马氏体不锈钢的抗强氧化剂腐蚀能力。通过扫描电子显微镜(sEM)显示3Cr13Mo相对于3Cr13的晶粒也得到细化。经过极化腐蚀试验也表明,加入钼后,标准电极电压变大。
Martensitic stainless steels 3Cr13 and 3Cr13Mo have a basic agreement in compositions. 3Crl3Mo is formed by adding 0.5%-1% molybdenum to 3Crl3. Through weight-loss corrosion tests, the corrosion morphologies and corrosion rates of two martensitic stainless steel plates in 6% iron chloride were compared. The results showed that the adding of Mo directly improved corrosion resistance of martensitic stainless steel to strong oxidants. The grain of 3Cr13Mo has been refined compared with that of 3Cr13 by SEM electron scanning. Polarization corrosion tests also showed that standard electrode voltage became larger after joining the Mo.
