摘要
研究了430不锈钢板材热轧态和950℃退火5 min后的金相组织特征、晶间腐蚀特征以及在酸性腐蚀介质中的浸泡腐蚀特征。结果表明,热轧态在酸性腐蚀介质中有较明显的分层腐蚀现象,而退火态则为均匀腐蚀。热轧态在0.5 mol/L H2SO4+0.01 mol/L KSCN溶液中有明显的晶间腐蚀倾向,而退火态晶间腐蚀现象消除。综合分析表明:实验用钢的腐蚀特征由碳化物条带所致。
The microstructure, inter-crystal corrosion characteristics and corrosion characteristics of 430 stainless steel plate hot-rolled and annealed at 950℃for 5 min in the medium of acid corrosion under larger reduction deformation were researched. The results show that a significant layered corrosion phenomenon of hot-rolled 430 ferrite stainless steel appears in the media of 6%FeCl3 and 10%HCl, but uniformity corrosion in the annealing plate. There is obvious tendency of intergranular corrosion in the 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 + 0.01 mol/L KSCN solution, but eliminates in the state of annealing. Comprehensive analysis shows that a fracture morphology and corrosion characteristics of testing steel is induced by the band of carbon particles.
