摘要
目的:探讨红金消结和乳疾灵按周期用药治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:采用单盲随机对照试验将2010年11月～2011年11月符合条件的门诊乳腺增生病患者179例分别纳入观察组和对照组A、对照组B,观察组经前服用红金消结胶囊,经后服用乳疾灵胶囊,对照组A单纯口服乳疾灵胶囊,对照组B单纯口服红金消结胶囊,三组月经期停药,观察3个周期。结果:观察组同对照组A、B相比,总有效率提高,不良反应减少,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:红金消结和乳疾灵按周期用药治疗乳腺增生病疗效确切,值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Hongjin Xiaojie capsules and Rujiling capsules in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands according to the cycle. Methods： 179 HDI3 patients collected from November 2010 to November 2011 were randomly divided into the observation group, the control group A and the control group B. The observation group was given the Hongjin Xiaojie capsules before menstruation and Rujiling capsules after menstruation. The control group A was simply given Rujiling capsules for oral administration, and the control group B was given Hongjin Xiaojie capsules only, medicines withdrawal in menses in three groups. Results： The observation group compared with control group A and B, had higher total effective rate and reduced adverse reactions, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hongjin Xiaojie capsules and Rujiling capsules had definite effect in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands according to the cycle, worth popularizing.
