摘要
目的:探讨标本同治乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:采用单盲随机对照试验将2010年3月～2010年11月符合条件的乳腺增生病患者95例分别纳入观察组和治疗组,观察组口服乳疾灵胶囊治其标,中药汤剂以治其本。对照组单纯口服乳疾灵胶囊。两组均治疗3个周期。结果:观察组治愈率75.00%,无效率0,总有效率100%;对照组治愈率51.06%,无效率10.64%,总有效率85.11%。结论:标本同治法可以提高乳腺增生病的治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of Biaoben Tongzhi for mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods：From March 2010 to November 2010,95 cases were randomly pointed into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with Ru jI Ling capsule,to treat its standard,oral TCM decoction to treat its symptoms.The control group was treated with oral Ru jI Ling capsule.Both groups treated for 3 cycles.Results：The observation group,the cure rate was 75.00%,inefficiency is 0,the total effective rate was 100%;in the control group,the cure rate was 51.06%,inefficiency of 10.64%,the total effective rate was 85.11%.Conclusions：Biaoben Tongzhi can improve the treatment effect of HDB,worth popularizing.The method of Biaoben Tongzhi could improve the clinical effects on treating mammary gland hyperplasia,worthy of clinical application.
