摘要
报道了具有核壳结构的聚丙烯酸丁酯 (PBA) /聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)复合弹性体微粒 ,对通用型E -4 4环氧树脂进行增韧改性时 ,能有效地提高抗冲和剪切强度 ,显著降低环氧树脂体系内应力 ,并讨论了有关的影响因素。
A series of Poly(Butyl acrylate)/Poly(Methy1 methacrylate) Core shell Elastic Particles(CSEP) were utilized as toughening modifiers for the general epoxy resin (E-44). It was found that the impact and shear strengths of the modified epoxy resin were apparentlly enhanced while the internal stress of the modified system was decreased substantially. The affecting factors were also discussed.
