摘要
本文论述了双乙酸钠的制备新工艺 ,采用醋酸—碳酸钠法 ,常温下反应 ,不需任何溶剂。该法具有原材料成本低 ,操作简便 ,易于工业化生产等特点。
The preparing method of sodium diacetate was studied in this paper. The acetic acid-sodium carbonate method, namely the reaction was carried out at a normal temperature but without any solvent addition. This method had many advantages, such as the lower raw material cost, simple operations and easy industrialization.
