摘要
德国的高等职业教育主要由技术(职业)学院和专科高等学校所承担,在其独特的社会、历史和文化背景影响下,这两种高职教育培养模式层现出了鲜明的特色:专业与能力相结合;理论与实践相结合;适应性与针对性相结合;文凭与经历相结合。深入研究德国高职培养模式的内涵和特点,对于探索高等职业教育规律,以及构建我国高等职业教育培养模式具有重要的参考价值与借鉴意义。
Higher Vocational Education in Germany consists of colleges of Technology（Vocation） and colleges for professional training.Under its impact of unique social and cultural background,it shows the bright characteristics as follows： the combination of specialty and ability,the combination of theory and practice,the combination of suitability and targeted,the combination of diploma and experience.The research of Higher Vocational Education in Germany is helpful to explore regular pattern of vocational education,build the Chinese Training Models of Higher Vocational Education.
