摘要
德国的高职教育由职业技术学院及职业培训学院组成。本文阐述了这两类学院的培训目标。这两类学院都为经济领域培训高级技术应用及管理人才。这些培训模式都注重理论与实际的密切结合,注重以企业的需要选择课程及实训教学内容,注重培训学生的综合职业能力。
Higher vocational and technical education in Germany consists of colleges of Technology (Vocation) and colleges for professional training. This paper deals with the training objectives of the two kinds of the Colleges, the qualifications to start school and the main characteristics of training models. The Colleges of this two kinds all train the senior applied technicians and management personnel for economical field. These training models all attach importance on the close combination of theory with practice, on the guidance of enterprise demands in choosing content of courses and practical teaching and on the training of the comprehensive professional ability of students.
