摘要
目的探讨锁定加压钢板微创固定治疗复杂肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法该次实验以该院2010年1月—2011年1月所收治的20例肱骨干骨折患者为实验对象,所有患者均接受锁定加压钢板微创固定治疗,回顾分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗,所有患者的临床症状均有所缓解,骨折均在手术后2～4个月内完全愈合,术后对患者进行6～12个月的随访,随访结果显示,患者的肩肘关节均基本恢复正常,治疗效果较为理想。结论该次实验结果表明,锁定加压钢板微创固定治疗复杂肱骨干骨折,具有较为理想的固定和治疗效果,术后患者关节功能恢复效果较为理想,因而具有较高的临床推广和使用价值。
Objective To explore minimally invasive locking compression plate to treat complex humeral shaft fracture. Methods this experiment to our hospital from 2010 January to 2011 January treated 20 cases of humeral shaft fracture as the experimental object, all patients underwent minimally invasive locking compression plate to treat, a retrospective review of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, all patients clinical symptoms were alleviated, the fractures were in operation after 2 to 4 months to complete healing, postoperative patients for 6 months to 12 months follow-up, follow-up results show, in patients with shoulder and elbow joint were recovered to normal, treatment effect is more ideal. Conclusion The experimental results show that, the locking compression plate to treat complex humeral shaft fracture, with ideal fixation and treatment effect, postoperative recovery of joint function in patients with ideal effect, thereby having higher clinical popularization and use value.
