Jin Hua coatings is a small firm moved to Jin Hua from Shanghai in 1960.At that time,the factory had only around 40 employees.With 200 Kg of Tong oil and several pieces of old equipment as the beginning,through the efforts of several generations of leaders and workers of the factory,they now have a mediumsized factory of net assets of 100 millions yuan (RMB) and value of output of 200 millions yuan (RMB).They made profit and tax of 30 millions yuan (RMB) in last year. This article discloses the course of transformation of this enterprise in forty years.
