摘要
词汇习得是二语习得的中心任务,也是制约众多学习者英语语言水平提高的"瓶颈"。词汇学习受到哪些认知因素的影响是心理语言学研究的一个热点。以往大量研究发现,由语音回路负责的语音短时记忆能够显著预测母语及二语词汇习得。语音短时记忆对新词汇语音表征暂时存储的优劣制约着长时语音表征的建构。因此,语音短时记忆是制约词汇习得效果的语音认知机制之一。
Vocabulary acquisition is the core of second language acquisition and the bottleneck for language learners.Therefore,what cognitive factors influence vocabulary learning is the central issue in psycholinguistics.It＇s well documented that phonological short-term memory can significantly predict vocabulary acquisition in native and second languages as well.Therefore,phonological short-term memory is probably one of the phonological cognitive mechanisms underlying vocabulary acquisition.
