摘要
分析了黄河下游滩区洪灾损失率的影响因素,构建了分类财产洪灾损失率的计算方法,并结合原阳滩区社会经济数据,以2009年为计算基准年,得到了该滩区洪灾分类财产洪灾损失率和受淹水深的等级关系。结果表明:与已有经验成果相比较,该算例结果与实际损失率较为符合。同时指出,在确定待评估区域洪灾损失率时,评估者应实事求是对各项数据指标进行严格筛选并谨慎验证。
This paper mainly analyzed the influencing factors of flood loss rate in the flood plain area in the lower Yellow River, established the cal- culation method of classification prnperly flood loss rate and got the hierarchical relationship between classification property flood loss rate and sub- merged deptb through combining with social and economic data of Yuanyang floodplain area and taking 2009 as a calculation base year. The results show that comparing with the existing experience results, the calculation results conform to the actual loss rate. At the same time, it points out that evaluators should be practical and realistic to various data and indexes during assessment on classification property flood loss rale.
