摘要
目的探讨神经内科住院患者睡眠障碍的相关因素,为其临床治疗提供参考依据,并提供护理对策。方法共纳入120例神经内科住院患者,所有患者均进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估睡眠质量,按PSQI总分≥5或PSQI总分<5分为A、B两组。采用多因素回归分析方法进行多因素分析。结果 120例神经内科住院患者中有20例患者出现睡眠障碍的影响,睡眠障碍发生率为16.7%;神经内科住院患者发生睡眠障碍与年龄≥60岁、情绪障碍、咳嗽、心衰病史、头痛、对疾病的担忧存在相关性,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。情绪障碍、咳嗽、心衰病史及头痛均是神经内科住院患者发生睡眠障碍的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论神经内科住院患者发生睡眠障碍与情绪障碍的存在,咳嗽、头痛症状的发生,心衰病史的影响有密切的相关性,是其发生的独立危险因素,在临床工作中,对上述可干预因素进行必要的干预有重要的意义,可能改善该类患者的睡眠质量。
Objective To explore neurology department hospitalized patients with sleep disorders related factors, for the clinical therapy provide a reference basis, and provide nursing eountemleasures. Methods Participants included 120 cases.of neurology department in hospital patients, all patients were in Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） sleep quality evaluation, ac- cording to the PSQI score 5 or PSQI score was 〈 5 is divided into A, B two groups. Using multiple factors regression analysis method with factor analysis. Results 120 cases of neurology department in hospital patients with 20 cases （ the influence of sleep disorder, sleep disorder rate is 16. 7% ;neurology department in hospital in patients with sleep disorders and age was 60 years old, mood disorders, cough, heart failure, history, headache, to disease worries there is a correlation between the two groups （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Emotional disturbance, cough, heart failure, history and headache are the neurology department in hospital sleep disorders in patients with independent risk factors （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Neurology department in hospital sleep disorders in patients with with emotional disorder of existence, cough, headache symptoms occur, a history of heart effects have close correlation, is it happen independent risk factors, in clinical work, on the above factors can be intervention necessary intervention has important meaning, may improve the sleep quality of patients.
