聚乳酸固载环糊精的工艺条件

摘要 采用N-酰化反应,将6-胺基-β-环糊精(β-CD-6-en)固载到马来酸酐改性聚乳酸(MPLA)大分子链上,可得到新型环糊精高聚物PLA-β-CD。反应体系中存在若干反应基团,反应条件对产物产率有着极大的影响,对制备过程中的反应温度、反应时间、反应物配比等因素进行了探讨,得到了较佳的工艺条件:反应物β-CD-6-en与MPLA的摩尔比为1.2∶1,低温滴加,反应温度35~40℃,反应时间2 h,PLA-β-CD的产率为50%左右。 PLA-β-CD,a novel cyclodextrin polymer,is synthesized in β-acylation reaction of MPLA(maleic anhydride modified poly(d,l-lactic acid)) using mono(6-(2-aminoethyl)-amino-6-deoxy)-β-cyclo-dextrin(β-CD-6-en) as acylating agent.For some reaction groups in the reaction system,the yield of PLA-β-CD depends on the reaction conditions greatly.The reaction conditions influencing the preparation processing of PLA-β-CD are investigated,including temperature,reaction time,ratio and etc.Preferable conditions are found: the mole ratio of n(β-CD-6-en)∶n(MPLA) is 1.2∶1,the reaction temperature is 35-40 ℃,the reaction time is 2 h,and the yield of PLA-β-CD is found to be 50%.
