摘要
图书馆的管理需要科学发展观指导之下的创新。作为知识宝库的图书馆,如何使自身资源充分地开发、传播与应用,进而推动社会的发展,是图书馆首先要考虑的问题。文章从创新与科学发展观的角度,谈了图书馆如何加强管理意识与服务意识,以适应现代社会的飞速发展,更好地为社会服务。
Library management innovation needs the guidance of scientific outlook on development. The question on how to make its resources fully developed, spread and applied to promote social develpoment is the library which is the treasure of knowledge should be considered firstly. From the view of innovation and scientific outlook on development, this paper indicates how to strengthen consciousness of management and service for libraries to fit in with rapid social development and serve better.
