摘要
针对我国大多数医院图书馆现存的经费不足、馆舍陈旧、书刊使用率低、管理意识落后、图书管理员的综合素质偏低等问题,提出了提高医院图书馆服务质量的对策和建议。
In the light of the problems existing in most of the Chinese Hospital libraries such as the deficient funds, outmoded buildings, the low utilization ratio of the books and periodicals, the backward managerial consciousness, and the poor comprehensive quality of the librarians, etc., this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of improving the service quality of the hospital library.
