摘要
本文以雪松(Cedrus deodara)的根、茎和叶作为实验材料,分别进行消毒、培养,等到切口长出菌落、菌丝后,再挑取进行分离、纯化后得到四种菌.对于纯化后所得的真菌的形态进行鉴定,根据鉴定结果从《真菌鉴定手册》检索得到这四种真菌分别是蓼白粉菌、面包串珠霉、尖镰刀霉、松落叶纵裂盘菌,未能够从雪松中分离到细菌.
In this paper,the roots,stems and leaves of Cedrus deodara as experimantal materials are first disinfected and incubated respectively.Second some of the bacterial colonies and hyphae growing from the incision are chosen to be separated and sublimated and then the four fungi are obtained.Finally,according to Fungus Identification Handbook,the four fungi are identified as E.polygoni Dc.,M.sitophila Mont,F.oxysporum.Schlecht and L.pinastri(Schrad.) Chev.However,no bacteria can be isolated from Cedrus deodara.
