摘要
运用Malmquist指数法测算了2000—2010年西北地区三次产业的全要素生产率及其贡献度,研究了三次产业间要素流动对全要素生产率的影响。研究表明:西北地区三次产业的全要素生产率存在阶段波动性,TFP的增长是经济增长的重要推动力量,而西北地区的资源再配置效率为正,但自2006年以来呈现下降趋势。西北地区经济增长和产业结构调整的重点应该放在第三产业。
This paper uses the Malmquist index method to measure the three industrial total factor productivity in Northwest China from 2000--2010,research the element flow of three industries active to to tal factor productivity effect. It is found that Total factor productivity of three industries exist phase fluctuation, TFP growth is an important driving torce fl）r economic growth, Northwest area resource configuration efficiency is Positive. But it show a downward trend since 2006. Northwest region＇s economic growth and industrial restructuring should foucs on third industy.
