摘要
加快科技发展,提高科技进步对经济增长的贡献率是实现经济增长方式转变和提高经济增长质量的重要途径。贵州省1979-2005年间经济增长中科技进步的贡献率仅为29.03%,经济增长主要是依靠资本投入拉动,粗放型增长方式的特征十分明显。因此,贵州要以科学发展观为指导,加快科技发展,不断提高科技进步对经济增长的贡献率,才能实现经济增长方式的根本性转变,实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标。
Accelerating scientific and technological development and increasing the contribution of scientific and technological advances to economic growth are important means of improving the pattern and quality of economic growth. From 1979 to 2005, the contribution rate of scientific and technological advances to growth was only 29.03% in Guizhou; its growth was mainly pulled by capital investment, with marked characteristics of extensive pattern of economic growth. Therefore, Guizhou should, under the guidance of the scientific outlook on development, accelerate scientific and technological development and increase the contribution of scientific and technological advances to economic growth if it is to fundamentally transform its pattern of economic growth and achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
