摘要
采用硫化发泡仪并结合对模压发泡制品的性能分析 ,探讨了EPDM发泡过程中硫化速度与发泡剂分解速度的匹配问题 ,研究了过氧化物硫化体系中硫黄用量、促进剂用量及发泡剂种类对速度匹配的影响。结果表明 ,当试样的硫化曲线与发泡剂分解速度曲线走势相同时,两者匹配良好 。
The match of vulcanizing rate and foaming rate in EPDM foaming process was discussed by using foaming-vulcanizer and analysing the properties of the foaming samples, and the effect of the amount of sulfur, accelerator and the types of foaming agent to the match was studied.
