在国际和国内经济不景气的背景下,以及受房地产政策调控、原材料价格上涨的影响,红木家具市场呈现低迷状态。红木家具制造企业为应对困境,急需改善内部经营管理。库存作为连接采购、生产和经营的各个环节的重要纽带,是企业降低成本、节约资金占用、提高客户服务水平和控制风险的重要途径。文中以某一红木家具制造企业为例,浅析其在库存管理方面存在的问题,提出相应的对策。
In the background of international and domestic economic depression, influenced by the real estate regulation policy and the rising prices of raw materials, the Mahogany Furniture market appeal downturns.
