摘要
通用件正作为企业在市场上提供更高的产品多样化 ,而在企业内部保持零部件低多样化的优化技术而被广泛研究和应用 ,基于时间的竞争也成为企业保持竞争优势的关键 ,本文结合研究提前期与通用件安全库存管理问题 ,建立基于提前期的安全库存管理体系 ,并以实际数据进行案例研究。
Component commonality is popular used as a technique to provide high variety of product to the market, while maintain low variety of component. Time based competition is the key to obtain competition advantages. This paper analyzes the relationship between lead time and the safety stock of component commonality, and it establishes a decision framework of safety stock. There is a case study based on an automobile company.
