摘要
电子行业广泛使用的印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)是由树脂、玻璃纤维及铜箔等构成的难加工复合材料,材料各向异性明显,其上孔径一般小于lmm。采用直径0.5mm的硬质合金钻头和高速钢钻头,对钻削力进行研究,发现钻削印刷电路板的切削力变化趋势不同于钻削金属的切削力变化趋势,分析了这种现象产生原因。对印刷电路板钻孔的圆度误差、出口毛刺进行测量,说明硬质合金刀具更适于加工PCB。
Printed circuit board (PCB), which is used widely in electronic industries, is a kind of composite structure. PCB is a reinforced plastic laminate which made from resin, copper foil and glass fiber, and the material of PCB has obvious anisotropy. The diameter of hole in PCB is usu- ally less than lmm. The carbide drill and the high-speed steel (HSS) drill which diameter is 0.5mm, are used to study the drilling force. The drilling force of drilling PCB is different from drilling the metals, and the reasons are analyzed. hole are measured, and the result shows that the PCB. The roundness error and the burr of the drilling carbide drill is better than HSS drill in drilling
