摘要
在钻削印刷电路板的微孔时,由于钻头进给时定心困难及钻削过程中的“让刀”常产生出口与人口位置上的误差,振动钻孔相当于频繁的“提刀”,可以改善吃刀状态,在钻削过程中不断地修正钻头的前进方向。本文介绍用压电激励器作振源,在安装了附加主轴的普通立式数控铣床上进行实验的结果。其钻孔的位置精度可提高27.8%,为印刷电路板微孔的精密加工提供了一种途径。
When drilling microhole in the printed circuit board,there are ocasional po- sitional errors between the entrances and the exits,which is led to by the atmosphere of losing di- rections of the drill and the atmosphere of“avoiding the hard”in process of drilling.Oscillating drilling is equal to frequent step feed,which can improve the penetration of a cutting tool and can revise the marching direction of the drilling in the process of drilling.In this paper,piezo actuator as an oscillating source,the author conducted experiments by the ordinary vertical NC fraise in- stalled with additional spindle.The experiments have proved that the positional precision of oscil- lating drilling can be raised by 27.8%,and provide another channel to precisely process micro- hole in the printed circuit board.
