摘要
西部大开发带来资源型产业集群大量形成后,呈现出集群衰退和不成熟状态,建立资源型产业集群创新网络具有重要意义。认为,它是产业转型过程中战略技术储备和演化的指南针,是资源型产业集群治理过程中的制度创新,是西部地区产业转型升级的需要。同时指出,资源型产业集群创新网络建设应该从6个方面展开相应工作,提高西部省区产业升级能力。
In the west part of China the high development brought a cluster recession and immature status when the great number resources type industrial clusters have established. The innovation network established by the resources type industrial cluster would have important significances, that would be a compass of the strategic technology reserves and evolution in the industry conversion process, would be an system innovation in the control process of the resources type industrial clusters and would be the need of the industrial conversion upgrading in the west part of China. The paper also put forward that the build- ing of the innovation network by the resources type industrial clusters should have related works conducted from six aspects to improve the upgrading capacity of the industries in the provinces and autonomous regions of the west part of China.
