摘要
人才是企业发展的重要资源,加强员工培训工作,有利于提高企业员工整体素质,促进企业持续健康发展。阐述了人才建设及加强企业员工培训的重要性,通过对煤炭企业员工培训现状的分析,发现煤炭企业在员工培训方面普遍存在的问题,并提出了提升员工培训质量的对策和解决方法。
The talents are the important resources of the enterprise development and to enhance the training program of the staff would be favorable to improve the overall quality of the enterprise staff and to promote sustainable health development of the enterprises.The paper had an analysis on the importance of the talent establishment and the enhanced enterprise staff training.With the analysis on the staff training status of the coal enterprises,the problems generally existed in the staff training aspects of the coal enterprises were found and the countermeasures and solution to improve the staff training quality were provided.
