不结球白菜感染菌核病后防御酶活性的变化 被引量:4

Changes of protective enzymes activities responding to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum inoculation in non-heading Chinese cabbages

摘要 选用4个对菌核病具有不同抗性的不结球白菜品种003-R-6、Y3-R-4、109-S-9和003-S-7为试验材料,于四叶一心期接种核盘菌,分别测定接种前后不同时期叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性变化,并结合病情指数作简单线性回归分析。结果表明:抗病品种未接种时叶片中SOD活性低于感病品种,而CAT、PAL、PPO活性则高于感病品种。接种核盘菌后各品种4种防御酶活性较对照均显著升高,抗病品种的升高幅度明显高于感病品种。相关性分析表明,抗病性与接种核盘菌后酶活性变化幅度关系密切,SOD、CAT、PAL和PPO 4种防御酶活性变化均与抗病性呈正相关,其相关系数分别为0.814 3、0.964 1、0.999 4、0.999 0,其中PAL和PPO活性变化与抗病性之间的相关性均达到极显著水平。 Non-heading Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis Makino) varieties,003-R-6,Y3-R-4,109-S-9 and 003-S-7,with different resistances to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were selected as materials to study the activity changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL),and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) after inoculation at seedling stage,and a simple linear regression analysis was made associated with the disease index.The resistant varieties showed higher CAT,PAL and PPO activities and lower SOD activity than the susceptible varieties in uninfected plants.Compared with the control,the protective enzymes activities increased significantly after inoculation with Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,and the resistant varieties were more sensitive than the susceptible varieties.Correlation analysis revealed that the variation ranges of SOD,CAT,PAL and PPO activities were positively correlated with the resistances to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum of non-heading Chinese cabbage,and the correlation coefficients were 0.814 3*,0.964 1*,0.999 4* * and 0.999 0* *,respectively.
