摘要
对不同抗性的辣椒品系接种CMV后,在不同的时间内测定其叶片中防御酶活性、木质素和总酚含量。结果表明:不同抗性品系的POD相对活性升幅及出现的时间不同,且各品系之间差异显著,即有抗性越好酶活性高峰出现越早的趋势,各品系在接种后5d酶活性普遍上升;PAL的相对活性都是先降低,再升高,在接种后15d共同达到酶活性高峰,且各品系之间差异显著;PPO的相对活性都呈升高、降低的趋势,并在接种后10d达到酶活性高峰,且各品系间差异显著;SOD的相对活性除品系301和302外基本上呈下降、上升、下降的趋势,并在接种后10d酶活性降到最低;木质素和总酚的相对含量整体上呈上升趋势,且各品系间的差异显著。相关性分析表明,POD、PAL、PPO、木质素和总酚分别在品系接种后5、15、10、20d的相对活性与抗病性呈显著正相关,SOD相对活性的变化与抗病性无显著相关性。因此,辣椒感染CMV后,不同时间内的POD、PAL、PPO、木质素和总酚含量的变化可以反应出抗病性的差异。
The leaves of hot pepper with different resistance were inoculated with cucumber mosaic virus, then the change in the defendant enzyme activities, the content of total lignins, and phenils were investigated. The rapid increase of relative activity of POD emerged at different times (periods), and all lines showed significant discrepancy, the relative activity of POD increased at 5 days after inoculation; the relative activity of PAL decreased at first, followed by an increasing, the rapid increase of PAL emerged at 15 days after inoculation, and all lines showed significant difference; the relative activity of PPO was increased at first, followed by decreasing, the rapid increase of PPO emerged at 10 days after inoculation, and all lines showed significant difference; the relative activity of SOD decreased at first, then increased, and decreased in the end excluding line 301 and line 302 , the relative activity of SOD was very low at 10 days after inoculation; the relative content of total lignins and phenols rose after inoculation, and all lines showed significant differences. The correlation analysis indicated that POD, PAL, PPO, lignins and total phenols were correlated with resistant tolerance at 5 days, 15 days, 10 days, 20 days respectively after inoculation.SOD was not correlated with resistant tolerance at 10 days after inoculation. Their coefficient is 0.1562. Therefore, after the hot pepper were inoculated with CMV, the changes of POD, PAL, PPO, lignins and total phenols reflected the differences of the tolerances, these results can be used for the screening of resistanttolerant breeding materials at different times.
