摘要
采用提拉法生长出了一系列不同Cr3+ ( 0 .8%~ 8% ,摩尔分数 )不开裂、无明显散射颗粒、无气泡的Cr∶LiSAF晶体毛坯 ,尺寸从s2 5mm ,l2 9mm× 1 3 5mm到s2 6mm ,l3 0mm× 1 58mm不等 .测定了晶体中的散射损耗约为 1× 1 0 - 3cm- 1.详细讨论了引起晶体开裂的主要原因 ,并在此基础上基本解决了晶体开裂的难题 .
A series of different Cr-doped ( 0.8% ~8% in mole fraction) large size Cr∶LiSAF single crystals without cracking, scatter and bobble were grown. The size of the crystals range from s 25 mm, l 29 mm×135 mm to s 26 mm, l 30 mm× 158 mm. In this paper, the scattering loss in the crystals is about 1×10 -3 cm -1 . The reasons that lead the crystal to crack in detail and solve this problem finally were discussed.
