摘要
旅游目的地综合服务功能提升研究是我国旅游快速发展阶段的重要课题,尤其是中小城市旅游目的地综合服务功能提升对我国旅游目的地综合功能整体提升起着非常重要的作用.以温州市鹿城区为例,对城市旅游目的地综合服务功能提升进行全面透视与问题诊断,采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法,探讨如何构建有效的公共信息类服务、旅游要素类服务、保障支持类服务等多元综合的旅游公共服务框架,为与鹿城区旅游业发展密切相关的建设方案、项目的决策、营销活动的策划提供理论依据.
Tourist destination comprehensive service functions improvement research is the important subject in our country tourism rapid stage of development. Especially,the tourist destination comprehensive service functions of small-medium cities play an very important role. This paper takes Wenzhou Lucheng District as an example, to make comprehensive perspective and problem diagnosis to tourist destination comprehensive service functions improvement, and uses questionnaire survey and interview combination of methods,discusses how to construct multiple comprehensive tourism public service framework, such as effective public information service, effective tourism elements service, effective security support service. The study provides theoretical basis for the Lucheng District tourism development of the construction plans and project decision, marketing activities planning.
