摘要
当代国际旅游市场竞争日益激烈,旅游需求逐渐向个性化、多样化方向发展,旅游者更加注重旅游经历带来的满足程度。为了适应当代旅游业发展变化的需要,作者提出建立灵活快速反应的旅游服务系统:将旅游企业的基本服务设施、技术与经验和相关资源,集成为一个独特的管理环境和服务实体,通过组织创新和管理创新,提高旅游企业的整体实力,参与国际市场竞争。文章还论述了建立该系统的必要性与可行性。
Tourism industry has become the most rapid growing industry in the world, tourist activities have broken the territory limitations and developed globally. In the consumer-oriented stage,tourism enterprises have to capture the requirements of tourists,creat the new activities and supply the excellent service to tourists. This article gives the rough framework of Agile Tourism Service System (ATSS) to synthesize a particular managerial environment and service entity by using the basic facilities, technology and experiences of tourism enterprises,compete against opponents with whole strength in international travel market, release the tremendous potential energy of new system which would not be formed in traditional service system,and transform their business ideology to a new one. The key of ATSS is to reflect the movement of travel market rapidly.
