一种可分离家用清洁小车的设计

摘要 详细介绍了一种自主开发研制的全自动清洁小车的主要部件构成和设计原理。利用PRO/E软件实现机械结构3维造型并利用VC++完成软件程序设计,实现清洁机械结构设计优化、子体分离功能及清洁功能的精准控制。该家用清洁机械包括主体和子体2部分,既可组合工作也可分离工作;主体组合工作实现室内广阔面积的清扫,子体分离工作实现家具下低缝和矮缝的清洁,提高了工作效率和实现房间的全面清洁。样机实际操作表明,该家用清洁小车运行可靠、操作方便,达到预期效果,具有很强的推广价值。设计体现了机械结构设计与电路控制部分设计的有机结合,对提高家用机械设计效率、降低研发成本有着重要的指导意义。 The paper gave a detailed analysis to the main parts structure and the design principles of the full - autonmtic cleaning car that was independently developed. The three dimension model was realized by using PRO/E software and the software programme design was completed by VC + +, which optimized the mechani- cal structure design, realized the separation function and precision control of the cleaning function. In order to improve efficiency,the household cleaning trolley was designed in two condition - combined and separated. The actual operation of prototype showed that the household cleaning car had such advantages as reliable running, convenient operation, which achieved the expected goal and had good popularization value. The design dis- played the organic combination of the mechnical structure and the circuit control, which was of great guiding significance for improving the design effiency of the household machinery and for reducing the developing cost.
