通过一款A00级纯电动乘用车的项目设计实例,系统地介绍了纯电动乘用车的总布置设计技术,包括动力电池的外结构设计布置、电机及其控制器的布置、连接结构设计、高压器件的布置设计和相关充电设备的布置。电动乘用车的合理布置,有效地优化了整车性能,提升了关键零部件系统的工作效率。
The layout designing technique of pure passenger EV is introduced according to design project example of an A00 pure passenger EV. The layout designing technique includes the layout ＆ design of the structure of power battery, the motor and the PEB, the connector, the HV components and the charging equipment. The reasonable layout of EV optimizes the vehicle performance and improves the key components work efficiency.
