铝磷酸盐粘接漂珠隔热材料抗压强度的研究

摘要 采用粉煤灰中提取的漂珠为原料,铝磷酸盐为结合剂,氢氧化铝为固化剂,原料共混后压实成型,烧结成隔热材料,并采用四因素(结合剂和固化剂加入量、烧结温度和烧结时间)三水平的正交实验方案对隔热材料的常温与高温抗压强度进行了研究,找到较优的工艺参数以指导生产实践。结果表明,工艺参数为漂珠100%,结合剂为漂珠质量的50%,固化剂为结合剂质量的30%,烧结温度为1200℃,烧结时间为1 h时,隔热材料的常温与高温抗压强度最大,分别为4.587 MPa和3.119 MPa,此时材料抗压性能最好。 The floating beads extracted from fly ash was adopted as raw material, aluminum phosphate as ancho- ring agent, aluminum hydroxides as curing agent. The thermal insulation material was compaction molding and sintered after material blended, the research was carried on normal and high temperature compressive strength of thermal insulation material through four factors (anchoring agent addition, curing agent addition, sintering tem- perature and time) and three levels orthogonal experiment to find better process parameters and direct productive practice were carried out. The results indicate that the normal and high temperature compressive strength of ther- mal insulation material were maximum that 4. 587 MPa and 3.119 MPa, the compressive properties of material were best when the process parameters was floating beads as 100 wt%, anchoring agent 50 wt% of floating beads, curing agent 30 wt% of anchoring agent, sintering temperature at 1200 ~C, sintering time for lh.
