烧结温度对铝磷酸盐粘接漂珠隔热材料烧结性能和微观形貌的影响

Influence of sintering temperature on property and micromorphology of aluminum phosphate bonded floating bead thermal insulating materials

摘要 采用粉煤灰中提取的漂珠为原料,铝磷酸盐为结合剂,氢氧化铝为固化剂,原料共混后压实成型,烧结成隔热材料,探讨了不同烧结温度对隔热材料烧结性能和微观形貌的影响,找到较优的工艺参数以指导生产实践。结果表明,烧结温度为1200℃时,隔热材料的高温抗压强度为2.18MPa,体积密度为0.517g/cm3,吸水率为41.6%,热导率为0.069W/(m.K),抗热震性11次,其微观形貌显示漂珠与铝磷酸盐结合剂结合充分,制品强度较好。 Use floating beads extracted from fly ash as raw material,aluminum phosphate as binder,alumiNum hydroxide as curing agent, the materials were blended and compacting molding, thermal insulatimg material was formed by burning. The effect of dif- ferent sintering temperatures on perforce and microstrueture of thermal insulating material were explored, the better process param- eters which can to guide practice were found. Results showed that when the sintering temperature was 1200℃, the high temperature compressive strength of the material reached 2. 18MPa,bulk density 0. 517g/cm3 ,water absorption rate 41. 6 % ,thermal conductivity 0. 069W/(n. K), thermal shock resistance 11 times,its mieromorphology showed the combination of floating beads and aluminum phos- phate binding agent was full, product strength was good.
