摘要
采用端羟基丁二烯液体橡胶(HTPB)对环氧树脂进行改性,研究了改性环氧树脂的热稳定性、力学及电性能。结果表明:HTPB的羟基与环氧基团发生了化学反应;HTPB改性环氧树脂的热稳定性下降;低橡胶用量下环氧树脂的弯曲、拉伸强度和冲击强度显著提高。HTPB橡胶颗粒均匀分布于环氧基体中并在固化时形成相分离。此外,改性环氧树脂的电绝缘性及介电性能均得到明显改善。
Liquid hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) was used to modify epoxy resin, and the thermal stability, mechanical and electrical properties of the modified epoxy resin were studied. The results indicate that the terminal hydroxyl group of HTPB reacts with epoxy group. The thermal stability of the modified epoxy resin decreases; and the bending, tensile and impact strength of the resin with low HTPB content increase obviously. The HTPB particles distribute well in the epoxy matrix and form phase separation in curing. In addition, the electrical insulating properties and dielectric properties of the modified epoxy resin are improved.
