摘要
研究了PVC/ASA共混体系的力学性能、体系热稳定剂的优化、木粉的填充和层压复合对体系性能的影响。结果表明,随着ASA用量的增加,体系的拉伸强度在UPVC体系的基础上逐渐降低,冲击强度则呈现先增加再下降的趋势;ASA的共混有利于体系热稳定剂用量的减少和共挤层间结合的强度以及材料力学性能的增强。
In this paper, the mechanical property of PVC /ASA composites, the effects on the mechanical strengths in PVC /ASA composites, the optimization of heat stabilizers, and the effects of Wood wood power filling and Laminated laminated composite on composite properties are studied are studied. It The results show s that arise with the usage of ASA, tensile strength of composites is descendgradually decreases along with the increasing amount of ASA, while the impact strength increases at is is presented first increased and then decreasesd trend. It also indicates that An blending ASA blend is beneficial to reduce reducing the dosage of the system heat stabilizers, and andthe to enhanceement of layer binding strength and material mechanical properties of the material.
