摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备了回收聚丙烯(PP)/木粉复合材料,研究了木粉用量对复合材料拉伸性能、冲击性能、加工流动性及耐热性的影响,并对加工工艺进行了探讨。结果表明,随着木粉用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度先升高后降低,冲击强度、断裂伸长率、熔体流动速率均不断降低,维卡软化点温度则呈上升趋势,木粉用量为80份时复合材料的综合性能最佳。
Various recycled polyproylene/wood flour composites are prepared in two - screw extruder. The effects of wood flour content on tensile properties, impact properties, processing flowability and heat resistance of composites are investigated, and composites manufacturing techniques are discussed. Results show that with the increase of wood flour loading, the tensile strength of composites increases at first, then falls, while impact strength, elongation at break and MFR decrease, Vicat softening temperature increases, and the integrated performance of the composites is the best when wood flour usage is 80 phr.
