摘要
目的 探讨维生素 A促进免疫细胞功能的机制。方法 采用逆转录——聚合酶链反应 ,检测分析视黄酸 (RA)对体外培养的脐血淋巴细胞 (CBL)胰岛素样生长因子 1 (IGF- )及两类受体 (IGF- R,- R)基因表达水平的调节。结果 在加入生理浓度 RA培养 6~ 2 4 h CBLIGF- ,IGF- R和 IGF- R基因表达显著上调。结论 在 RA对免疫细胞的作用中 IGFs的调节可能是一条重要途径。
Objective:[WT5BZ] To explore the mechanism of immune promotion by retinoic acid (RA). [WT5FZ]Methods:[WT5BZ] RT PCR (reverse transcription polymers chain reaction) was used to detect the genes expression of insulin like growth factor I (IGF Ⅰ) and IGF receptors (IGF ⅠR and IGF ⅡR) and regulation by RA in human cord blood lymphocytes (CBL). [WT5FZ]Results:[WT5BZ] The results showed that RA at physiological serum level significantly upregulated the levels of IGF Ⅰ, IGF ⅠR and IGF ⅡR mRNA in human cord blood lymphocytes after 6 to 24 hours culture. [WT5FZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ] It is suggested that the enhancement of IGFs gene expression is an important way for vitamin A to regulate immune cells functions.[WT5”FZ]
