摘要
目的 淋巴细胞是霍奇金病组织的主要细胞成分，长期以来一直认为它们是增生活性并与反应性增生的，我们测定它们的增生活性并与反应性增生淋巴结相对比，以便认识上述淋巴细胞的增生性质。方法 应用 Ｋｉ６７标记指数法测定了１３例霍奇金病脑１０例反应性增生淋巴结新鲜标本的增生活性。结果 ９例混合细胞型霍奇金病的Ｋｉ６７平均标记指数为８．４％，３例结节明。
AIM It was believed for a long time that the lymphoid cells, major component in the tissue of mixed cellularity Hodgkin's disease or nodular sclerosing type, are reactive. This study wants to know the nature of lymphoid cells in the tissue of Hodgkin's disease, based on estimating proliferative activity. METHODS By using Ki67 labelling index, proliferative activity of 13 cases of Hodgkin's disease including 9 cases of mixed cellularity type, 3 cases of nodular sclerosing type and one case of lymphocyte predominant type was estimated and 10 cases of lymphadenitis used as control group. RESULTS The mean of Ki67 labelling index of both mixed cellularity and nodular sclerosing type was significantly higher than that of reactive group, especially for the former group (P<0.001), and meanwhile there was a significant difference between the two tumor groups (P< 0.001 ). Compared with proliferative activity of non Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) determined by same method in our another paper, proliferative activity of the lymphocytes in the tissue of mixed cellularity Hodgkin's disease was very similar to that of some low grade NHL. CONCLUSION The lymphoid cells in the tissue of Hodgkin's disease especially in mixed cellularity type, were quite probably not reactive.
