果寡糖及其在动物生长性能上的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 本文综述了果寡糖(FOS)在动物生长性能上的研究进展。揭示果寡糖能够改变动物胃肠道发酵模式、优化微生物种群,提高免疫功能和营养物质的利用,进而促进动物的生长性能。表明果寡糖可以成为替代抗生素的新型饲料添加剂。
