摘要
微创是心脏外科的发展方向,二尖瓣手术的入路和术式是变化最多的手术之一,应用特制手术器械和腔镜辅助或机器人开展微创手术可以达到传统手术的效果。微创二尖瓣手术具有创伤小、出血少、体力恢复快和美容等优点。
Less invasiveness will be the next target of cardiac surgery. Mitral valve surgery could be done via multiple accesses and solutions ,while minimally invasive mitral valve surgery is the alternative of conventional method thanks to special instruments and thoracoscope or robot, and highly accepted with less invasiveness,less transfusion, fast recovery and cosmetics.
