富血小板血浆治疗骨折不愈合的临床研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨骨折术后骨折不愈合患者行富血小板血浆(PRP)混合同种异体骨治疗的临床疗效。方法对13例骨折行内固定治疗术后不愈合患者再次行手术治疗,术中给予PRP混合同种异体骨治疗,术后随访3～10个月。结果术后4个月随访时X线片示骨折完全愈合11例,骨痂生长明显增多2例,有效率100%。结论 PRP能够有效促进骨缺损的修复,加快新骨形成,同时提高新生骨质量。
